So, a weird thing.

My ex boyfriend started working at the same place I work. I only dated two guys EVER. Married one. Thought I was going to marry the other. At one point dated them both at the same time. {They knew, don't worry}. 16 years ago.

Anyway, I am really dealing with some mixed up head emotions this week. And that is simply ticking me off. I am trying to stay in today. I have talked with my sponsor. I know that telling someone else my struggle will keep me from isolating myself.

Will not allow the enemy to get a stronghold in my brain {anymore than he already has}.

I have been married 10 years. I have 3 children. I am generally in a happy place. I am getting healthy. Just the fact that I am writing this or having to deal with this in my crazy head is insane. I must remain sane.

Unhealthy thoughts, begone.

In times like this I tell myself..It is okay to think crazy..just don't act it. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Hang in there, kiddo. This too shall pass.

Remember to turn your crazy, insane thoughts over to your HP and keep living in the moment/next 24 hrs. This too shall pass & I know you will get through it . . .but how weird - working with your ex-boyfriend who you almost married - yeah, that might cause a feeling of uneasiness and/or stress - I'm prayin for ya girl! Hang in there!

Hugs - Annette

Hi, I wound up marrying a girl, 7 years ago, that I knew from 25 years before & we had a crush on each other back then, but were involved with other people & couldn't act on it. She has relatives in Texas & loves to two step, among others, as well.
Good luck with your work situation. I don't have a crystal ball, but I know if you say your prayers, & take care of you first, you will no doubt wind up doing the next right thing. Don't forget to keep your mind on your work... said...
